Method
- Mash the banana in a jar or bowl.
- Add rolled oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, chia seeds, and honey/maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, stir oats and top with banana slices, berries, nuts, cinnamon, or extra peanut butter.
- Serve cold or at room temperature. Enjoy!
