Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the self-rising flour and heavy cream.
  3. Stir gently with a spatula until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. 
  4. Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to form dough balls about 2–3 tablespoons each.
