Method
- In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, mixed berries, chia seeds, and honey/maple syrup. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, stir oats and top with extra berries, sliced banana, nuts, coconut flakes, or cinnamon.
- Serve cold or at room temperature. Enjoy!
