Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional:
  • Onion powder
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Italian seasoning
  • Chili flakes
  • Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Wash and dice potatoes into ½–1 inch cubes.
  2. Optional: Soak in cold water for 10–15 minutes and pat dry.
  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  5. Place potatoes in a single layer in the basket; avoid overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with eggs, bacon, avocado toast, or breakfast bowls.

  • Pat potatoes completely dry to avoid sogginess.
