Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup cooked breakfast filling
  • 1 tbs milk 

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven

  2. Prepare the Puff Pastry

  3. Add the Filling

  4. Fold and Seal the Hand Pies

  5. Bake the Hand Pies

  6. Cool and Serve

Notes

  • Assemble the hand pies, but don’t brush with egg wash. Cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
  • Assemble and freeze raw (without egg wash) on a parchment-lined tray. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
