- Mash the banana in a bowl until mostly smooth.
- Add eggs and baking powder; whisk until combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake into the skillet.

Use a ripe banana with brown spots for the best flavor.
